You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these T&C, please do not use the Service. If you violate any Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

By purchasing any of Crosslisting’s packages, you agree to allow Crosslisting to access your account and perform cross-listing on your behalf. You assume responsibility for providing access to your account using the provided password. Crosslisting is not responsible for any delays or disruptions in order completion due to revoke access, account status changes (blocks/bans/etc), Poshmark, Mercari and eBay service interruptions, or other factors out of our control.
We are not responsible for any operations of your Poshmark, Mercari and eBay business like sales, shipping, merchandising, etc.
We will not require your billing information to sign up for a FREE TRIAL
Unless otherwise, you decided to upgrade and subscribe to our regular packages, then you will be required to input your billing information.
By providing us with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that we are authorized to verify information immediately. You agree to immediately notify us of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for the payment hereunder. We reserve the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on our site or through email.
If you register to any of our recurring payment plans, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account for the Service in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time each fee or charge is due and payable.
No contract exists between you and us for the Service until we accept your order by a confirmatory e-mail. You are responsible for any third-party fees that you may incur when using the Service.
You only have 3 days from the date of billing to request a refund. Requests made outside of 3 days from the billing date will not be accepted.
You may cancel or pause your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting Crosslisting customer support team.
